After being a part of the retail industry for a number of years, R. Dean Giem found his career in the insurance industry. Still believing today, as he did then, education is the best not only for the clients, but for the industry. He has a passion for helping others, providing knowledge and bringing value beyond the product, paycheck, or classroom.

Dean founded Paradox Insurance Agency as a result of his desire to be a resource and provide true partnership to his clients, his team, and the communities he works in. Paradox Insurance Agency works to ensure our clients are given the knowledge to make educated decisions while bringing new talent into the industry as professionals, not just order takers.

Outside of being a champion of the insurance and risk management business, Dean is a proud father of four boys and two granddaughters.
